The City Engineering’s Office has reported the project status report for the month of May 26- June 25, 2021, a total of 63 various infrastructure projects worth Php 192.8-Million continue their way to boost economic growth and poverty reduction in the City.

Types of infrastructures included were 31 buildings amounting to Php 53 million(M), six roads & bridges costing Php 74-M, 15 other structures worth Php 59-M, and construction of 11 water systems cost Php 5.9-M.

Within the list, 11 are accomplished and eight projects are about to be finished obtaining more than 90% progress to date. Others remain to be under the supervision of CEO-OIC, Engr. Roy A. Lapuz.

Some ongoing projects comprised of the construction of a 1 storey 2-classroom school building at BCT elementary school with a budget of Php 2.4-M; comfort room at Brgy. 8 Barangay Hall (SVP) worth Php 628,442.94; 1 storey 2-classroom school building at Damitan of barangay Dalwangan cost Php 2.4-M; Multi-Purpose Building (Phase III) at barangay Apo Macote amounting to Php 497, 515.06; and improvement of Multi-Purpose Building (SVP) at barangay San Martin budgeted at Php 670,673.42.

Other significant ongoing projects were the construction of Multi-Purpose Building Stage at barangay Sinanglanan, 1 storey 2-classroom building at Sitio Incalbog of barangay Can-ayan, and construction of tribal offices at Barangays Indalasa, Kulaman, Zamboanguita, Caburacanan, Miglamin, and Bangcud.

The engineering office will continue to supervise and implement projects mandated by the local government both by straight contract and by the administration.
