The City Veterinary Office (CVO) in collaboration with the City Agriculture Office (CAO) of the City Government of Malaybalay conducted a heat synchronization to dispersal animals under the ATI-TIER 2 (Agricultural Training Institute) cattle program at Barangay Capitan Anghel which started on August 7, 2020.

This program aims to upgrade the bovine breed within the said barangay. First evaluation was followed by the second dose through rectal palpation which is the fastest and most accurate method to diagnose cattle pregnancy last Aug. 19 – 20, 2020.

Based on the process made, out of 28 cows only 11 passed the evaluation as to the reproductive health and were heat synchronized. The ATI-TIER 2 program is made possible with the help of the technicians, Orlando John Paulican, Alexis Flores, and Rincess Into
