The ceremony held at Plaza Rizal was graced by Vice Mayor Jay Warren R. Pabillaran together with City Officials and employees, Barangay Officials and different civic groups and organizations.

Every 30th day of December is celebrated remembering the patriotism and martyrdom of our National Hero. Rizal’s critical work inspired the revolutionaries that led to the eventual downfall of Spanish rule ending three centuries of dominion over the motherland.

The offertory rite was highlighted with the ceremonial Flag raising followed by the symbolic Wreath-laying together with the coordination of the 403rd Infantry Brigade, Philippine Army.
