The City Government of Malaybalay hosts the two-day activity conducted by the Bukidnon Provincial Police Office dubbed as “One Stop Shop LTOPF Caravan” on February 3 – 4, 2020 held at the Peoples Hall, City Hall, Casisang, Malaybalay City.

The activity will process new application and renewal of the License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF). Services available are Drug Test, Neuro-Psychiatric (NP) test, Gun Safety Seminar, NBI clearance, LTOPF online registration assistance and notary public.

These are the requirements for the new application:

1. Application form (notarized);
2. NBI;
3. Police Clearance;
4. 2-valid government ID;
5. Proof of Billing or Barangay Clearance;
6. PSA Birth Certificate or passport or LCR;
7. Proof of income/ITR/Land Title/Certifcate of Bank Deposit/Certificate of Employment;
8. PNP Drug Test result with OR;
9. PNP NP Clearance with OR;
10. Gun Safety certificate; and
11. 2 pcs 2 x 2 picture ID.

For renewal are as follow:

1. Application form (notarized);
2. NBI;
3. Police Clearance;
4. PNP Drug Test result with OR;
5. PNP NP Clearance with OR; and
6. 2 pcs 2 x 2 picture ID
