The Malaybalay City General Services Office (CGSO) conducts “Share and Care” program to boost the morale of employees delivering efficacy in service as civil servants.

This initiative is carried out every first Monday of the month to uplift self-awareness and values to CGSO employees aimed at improving their overall performance in the delivery of public service.

Ken Erick Ambrad, CGSO staff discussed the topic about the difference between a “Boss and a Leader,” as the assigned presenter during their meeting on June 4, 2018.

After the presentation, City General Services Officer Romeo R. Lapeciros Jr. led the midyear assessment of the office and presented the CGSO Plans Status 2017 to date from its plans, monitoring and accomplishment, as well as other desired innovations.

Updates were also laid out by heads of each sections namely Admin Support Section headed by Ms. Riva R. See; Procurement Section Sarah C. Cuaresma; Inventory and Archives Section OIC Emmylou Zagado; Warehouse Section Mr. Giovanni Tulang and Maintenance Section Margie Tabios.

CGSO also acknowledged performing employees who manifested good conduct and accomplished their task beyond the work target.

Being the steward and property custodian, CGSO ensures that all 46 barangays will be served that is anchored on its vision of God-fearing, client centered and values oriented personnel, adhering to the principle of accountability when discharging their duty and in rendering effective, efficient and responsive property and supply management services in a systematic and sustainable manner for customer satisfaction.
