The City Human Resource and Management Office (CHRMO) organized an orientation session for newly reclassified employees on March 6, 2024, at the Farmer’s Training Center, City Agriculture Office, this City.
Attended by 24 employees whose statuses had been updated from Job Order to Casual, Permanent, and Coterminous, the event aims to provide essential information on various aspects of their employment.
Ms. Cherish B. Tulang, HRMO staff, led the discussion on Leave Administration and Strategic Performance Management System, while Ms. Sansehry B. Delos Santos elaborated on Employment Status and Government Office Hours.
Mr. Rolan C. Pesante provided insights into R.A. 6713 and Compensation and Benefits, and Ms. Mary Jane T. Rodrigo concluded the session with a presentation on SALN Preparation.
The orientation served as a platform for the new employees to familiarize themselves with the policies, procedures, and expectations within the organization, facilitating a smoother transition into their roles.
