The City Administrator’s Office, in collaboration with the City Health Office, City Mayor’s Office, and Human Resource Management Office, conducted an “Identifying Employee Health and Well-being Action Planning” session on October 11, 2024, at the Conference Room of the New City Hall, Malaybalay City.

The program aims to develop a comprehensive framework for improving employee health and well-being, with the goal of fostering a more engaged and productive workforce.

City Administrator Atty. Anna Marie R. Bergado, CPA, delivered an inspiring message to all participants during her introductory speech.

Throughout the one-day session, several key presentations highlighted important health-related insights. Magnolia O. Improgo, Human Resource Management Officer, presented the employee leave data from 2021 to 2023. Fritzie Talatala, a nurse from the City Health Office, discussed the common health risks and illnesses identified among city government employees during the same period.

Additionally, Tzula David Redila, CMO Nurse I, shared data on employee blood pressure and overall health status, offering valuable insights into their well-being.

The program also aims to promote a healthier work environment that supports both the physical and mental well-being of all employees.
