The City Civil Registrar’s Office (CCRO) joins the nation in celebrating the 32nd Civil Registration Month 2022 anchored with the theme: “Improving Civil Registration and Vital Statistics Implementation Strategies through Digital Transformation.”

The monthlong celebration kicked off with a motorcade around the city together with the different departments, stakeholders, and Philippine Statistics Authority field office personnel.

In part of the celebration, CCRO offered a one-day free civil registration services on February 2, 2022 for Malaybalay walk-in clients.

Civil registration program comprised of the following services: Issuance of Extract Form 1A (Birth), Form 2A (Death), Form 3A (Marriage). Registration of Birth Certificate (newly born), delayed registration, death registration, and marriage application.

Under Proclamation 682 declares February every year is the Civil Registration Month. It highlights the importance of vital events registration. Decades struggle to engage local government units to actively participate in the challenge for registering vital events in every barangay.
