From October 31 to November 2, 2024, the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), together with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Red Cross, REACT, City Health Office, Traffic Management Center, Barangay BPSO, and KARANCHO, implemented OPLAN Kaluluwa 2024 across Malaybalay City’s cemeteries.
This initiative aimed to maintain order and prioritize the safety and well-being of visitors observing All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day. Dedicated medical and security stations were strategically placed to provide immediate assistance, enhance security, and ensure smooth traffic flow.
The collaboration of these agencies reflects a strong commitment to fostering a secure and respectful environment for all who visited their departed loved ones during this solemn occasion.
