In recognition of its effort and initiatives in the implementation of Civil Registration Law, the City of Malaybalay received a regional award as fourth Best Local Civil Registry Office for the year 2019.

On December 10, 2019, the City Civil Registrar’s Office (CCRO) headed by Ms. Priscilla G. Tilanduca accepted the award in a ceremony held at Mallberry Suites, Cagayan de Oro City.

Tilanduca expressed her gratitude to the Philippine Statistics Office (PSA) for recognizing the office on its significant improvements in the level of operational efficiency in civil registry.

The City registrar further emphasized that key indicators in obtaining outstanding performance include promptness in submission of civil registry documents, accuracy of data entry, less errors in transcription and timely submission of narrative reports.

“This honor also boosts the morale of the CCRO staff to continue its commitment in leveling up the services to our constituents,” she added.
