The City Government is now promoting Eco- Tourism as a means to enhance economic growth while also encouraging environmental protection and conservation. It tries to promote the idea of providing and creating experiences that will benefit everyone, the stakeholders (tourist and the local people) and environment. This means that we will open avenues that will create opportunities of the local people to earn/make a living while also helping them preserve their communities and culture while also protecting our local ecosystem/natural resources.

Events Mechanics:

1.Open to all adventurers at least 18 years old.

2.Participants are limited only to 300 individuals on the first come first serve basis based on the online registration (link provided below)

3.Starting area will be at WOODSTOCK (ERDB-FWRDEC) Sumpong, Malaybalay City on June 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM.

Briefing will be conducted before the activity.

4.BRING YOUR OWN PLANTING TOOLS

Every participant will be given seedlings to be planted.

Seedlings will be provided by the City ENRO

5.BRING YOUR OWN TENT AND GEARS

Tents must be assembled at a safe distance from other campers

There will be campground markers.

6.BRING YOUR OWN FOOD.

Cooking is allowed at designated areas only.

Please use your own butane stove.

Setting up of fire pit for cooking is not allowed.

7.CLEAN AS YOU GO. Garbage disposal bags will be provided.

8.Keep an inventory of all your belongings. The organizer shall not be held responsible

for any misplaced, stolen or destroyed personal stuff.

9.Campers are expected to pack up on or before 10AM on the following day, June 27, 2023.

10.Be responsible and orderly so everyone can just chill and enjoy!

11.Security personnel will be present at the camping site.
