The City Government of Malaybalay invites artists, choreographers, and creative directors to submit their proposals for the Kaamulan 2023 Street Dancing and Ground Presentation Competition.

Also all proposals must contain: brief artistic note, artists’ CVs, technical requirements and full budget.

Submit your proposals at the City Budget Office, 2nd Floor, New City Hall, Casisang, Malaybalay City. Submission is until January 20, 2023.
