The City Human Resource Management Office, under the leadership of Magnolia O. Improgo, conducted a Seminar on the 7S of Good Housekeeping on May 24, 2024, at the Farmer’s Training Center, City Agriculture Office, Malaybalay City.

This seminar was attended by a total of 40 selected employees from the City Government of Malaybalay. The activity aims to improve employee performance, enhance workplace safety, reduce operational costs, and promote better working habits.

The resource speaker, Jeanyben M. Dacalanio, CHRP from the City Administrator’s Office, discussed the guidelines and rules for achieving the 7S of good housekeeping. She emphasized that a well-maintained workplace motivates employees to work harder, increases productivity, and enhances the organization’s value in the eyes of its employees.

Participants rated the seminar from Very Satisfactory to Excellent in the areas of Training Content, Speakers, Facilities, Venue, and Facilitation.
