Hatud Serbisyo sa Barangay is a special project of the City Government of Malaybalay under the administration of Mayor Iñaki W. Zubiri, Hatud Serbisyo sa Barangay has been implemented since 2014 in the quest to bring the menu of common public service closer to the people. This project is anchored from the concept of Government on Wheel that brings the City Hall service to the people. The premise of this program is to give the resident of the city especially those in the hinterland the opportunity to face-to-face contact with the government without requiring then to trek to various office of the government. This means it could be useful for people who ride long hours and have mobility issue just to avail of these social services.
The City Government of Malaybalay hopes that the program will be able to serve the people with basic service such as the medical, dental, and agricultural veterinary and many more and even get a birth certificate or just drop by to ask question or register a complaint.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]
One of the pro-poor programs of the administration of Hon. Mayor Ignacio W. Zubiri, is the scholarship program.
