Malaybalay City’s Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) organized the second batch of Stress Management Seminar Workshop on July 21, 2023, at Veranda, Malaybalay City. The seminar was aimed at helping division heads and section heads from various City Government of Malaybalay offices to cope with stress and promote overall well-being.
A total of 27 division heads and section heads actively participated in the workshop, seeking valuable insights from expert resource speakers, Mr. Noell Ignacio F. Chaves and Ms. Edna Grace A. Cabrera.
The seminar shed light on the underlying causes of stress in the workplace and personal lives. Participants were provided with practical techniques and strategies to effectively manage stress, allowing them to enhance their productivity and overall job satisfaction.
